🚨 In Case of Emergency
If the accident is serious – call 112 immediately.
Report any injuries and wait for emergency services and the police.
Provide first aid if needed.
✅ Step 1: Take Photos – Lots of Them!
If no one is injured, grab your phone and document the scene:
- Each vehicle and its license plate
- All visible damage
- The position of the vehicles
- Road signs and markings
📷 Pro tip: If it’s safe, stop and take photos before moving the vehicles. This can really help later if there’s a dispute.
📝 Step 2: Complete a Joint Statement
If it’s a minor incident, you can settle it without police by filling out a damage report together.
What to include:
- Correct date and exact location
- Verified data from the other driver’s documents
- A sketch of how the accident happened (directions, signs, impact)
- Clear declaration: “I admit fault.”
- Phone number and signature of the other driver.

⚠️ If you’re unsure – call the police anyway. But don’t skip the written statement. Police don’t always file a report unless someone is injured.
Always verify culprit’s information and documents (as unfortunately dishonest drivers do exist). Add a sketch – it’s clearer than a written statement, especially for foreign drivers.
📣 Step 3: Report the Damage – It’s Free!
Send us your report and we’ll take it from there.
- No language barrier
- No paperwork stress
- No cost for damage evaluation
